Creative Outlet gathers pieces from many independent makers, made to be mixed and layered. Design Design Hyde Design collects conceptual, sculptural pieces in 925 sterling silver. Masstige offers classic fine jewelry styles with moissanite center stones at an accessible price.

Viola So has worked in jewelry for thirty years. She began by selling the work of other artisans, built wholesale partnerships with Tabi and Images of Canada, appeared as a guest host and supplier on The Shopping Channel, and in 2016 launched her own label, Energy Stone. ESEO is her curated edit.

Viola thinks of every collection as one of her children. Energy Stone, which she designed herself, is like her biological child, and the others, chosen from makers she admires, are like children she has adopted. She loves them all and values talent without boundaries.

ESEO pieces are 925 sterling silver. The Masstige world uses moissanite as the center stone. Each product page lists the materials for that piece.

Moissanite is a gemstone made of silicon carbide. It is harder than sapphire and shows more fire than diamond, which makes it suited to rings and earrings worn every day. ESEO’s Masstige world sets moissanite in 925 sterling silver.

ESEO is online only, with no retail location. Every piece is available at eseoshop.com.

New customers get 20% off their first order with code FLAT20, no account needed. Members who sign up receive a 25% code, WELCOME25, to use on any order, once per member. The two codes can’t be combined on one order, so the best value is FLAT20 on your first order and WELCOME25 on your second. Orders of US$125 or more after discounts receive a free gift.

Some pieces are chosen to be worn as a set. When you buy a set together, it ships in one box, which saves on packaging, labels and shipping, and that saving comes back to you as 15% off the whole set. The bundle discount can be combined with the first order code or the member code.

Orders over US$75 ship free, worldwide. Orders under US$75 ship for a flat US$7. If you’re close to the threshold, it’s usually worth crossing it.

We send orders out within 24 business hours of purchase. From there, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

If you have an account, log in and check “My Orders” for real time updates. You'll also receive a tracking email once your piece is packed. No account yet? Create one using the same email you checked out with, and your order will appear automatically.

It's worth creating one before your first purchase, too. Members receive a 25% code to use on any order, once, on top of the convenience of tracking everything in one place.

A note on timing: tracking can take a few hours to update once the courier scans your package. Orders packed over the weekend will update on the next business day.

Yes. International shipping is free on orders over US$75. ESEO reserves the right to decline a shipment to any destination.

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address, and the piece goes straight to them.

Orders of US$125 or more after discounts receive a pair of high quality genuine gemstone earrings in sterling silver or heavy gold clad on sterling silver. Viola designed them in her earlier years: classic styles once showcased at the Art Gallery of Ontario, the kind everyone needs in a jewelry wardrobe but rarely gets around to buying. The gift is her way of sharing those years and ticking off a must have for you.

These offerings rotate often and in limited quantity. If a cart sits too long, the gift inside it may no longer be available when you return. Free gifts are non transferable, meaning they cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.

Because supply is limited, we're unable to reship a gift that arrives damaged or missing, or replace one that differs from your original selection. We can't guarantee the exact item every time, but we always aim to send something equally considered.

Yes. Every transaction runs through Shopify's payment gateway, one of the most widely used and trusted platforms for online commerce. We never see or store your payment information ourselves, it's handled securely by Shopify at the point of checkout.

You have a 60-minute window from the time of purchase. Log into your account, go to “My Orders,” and select “Cancel Order.” After that window closes, your order has already moved into fulfillment. If you change your mind after that point, reach out to us right away through the Contact Us form and we'll do what we can to stop the order before it ships. Once it's on its way to you, though, it can no longer be canceled, and a return or refund becomes the best path forward.

If something isn't right, you have 15 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or refund. Items must be returned along with any free gifts they arrived with.

Once we receive your returned item, we refund the item cost plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are non refundable, except when we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Allow 5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to reach your original payment method. If your return was part of a promotional bundle, the refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid.

Jewelry is considered a personal item, so once a piece has been worn, it can no longer be returned. That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every piece carries a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, so if something breaks under normal wear due to how it was made, we're here to make it right.

It's a considered alloy: 92.5% pure silver, blended with 7.5% other metals for strength. Pure silver alone is too soft for daily wear, prone to bending and scratching. That 7.5% is what allows a piece to hold its form through everyday life.

No. Tarnish is not a flaw, it's confirmation. Silver naturally reacts with sulfur and moisture in the air, forming a thin layer of silver sulfide on its surface. Many jewelers use this same reaction deliberately, to achieve an aged or antique finish. It's a surface change, nothing more.

Two methods, both gentle:

A polishing cloth. Use a proper jewelry polishing cloth rather than paper towel, which can scratch, or chemical dips, which can damage certain finishes and stones. We recommend the Energy Stone Silver and Gold Polishing Cloth, available on this website, or contact us for a list of shops that carry it.

A foil bath, for solid silver pieces without gemstones or adhesives. Line a bowl with foil, add your silver, sprinkle with baking soda, and pour over boiling water. The tarnish will lift from the silver onto the foil. Skip this method for pearls, opals, or other soft stones.

Silver on silver: pure silver plated over sterling silver, for an even, mirror bright finish.

Rhodium on silver: rhodium belongs to the platinum family and lends a bright, white gold finish that resists scratching and tarnish.

Silver rewards a little care. We recommend removing it before you shower or swim, since chlorine and salt accelerate tarnish. Apply lotion, perfume, and hairspray before putting your jewelry on, not after. Remove it before exercise, as sweat is mildly acidic, and before cleaning with bleach or heavy detergents, which can permanently affect the finish.
